The burn-free brick machine should pay attention to seven matters when it is used:

Therefore, wood, slag mats, and ash mats cannot be firmly bonded to mortar or concrete.

Everyone often neglects the influence of water consumption on the strength of concrete. In order to facilitate pouring, sometimes the cooperation ratio is not carefully implemented, and the concrete is very thin. Because the water required for hydration is only about 20% of the weight of the cement, the remaining water will leave a lot of pores in the concrete after transpiration, which will reduce the strength of the concrete.

Therefore, under the premise of ensuring the compaction of the pouring, the mixing water should be reduced. Many people think that the more cement used for plastering, the more the plaster layer will be consolidated. Originally, the more cement is used, the thicker the mortar, the greater the volume reduction of the plaster layer, and the more cracks that occur.

(5) Free-burning brick machine avoids drying and drying

Concrete or plaster will be exposed to the sun after operation, and the strength will be reduced or even completely lost. Therefore, it is necessary to clean and fully wet the bottom layer before construction; it should be covered up after construction and sprinkled and maintained according to the norm.

(6) Free-burning brick machine avoids high temperature and hot

The solidified mortar layer or concrete member, if often under high temperature and hot conditions, will lose strength.
This is because calcium hydroxide in cement stone will differentiate under high temperature conditions; some aggregates will also differentiate or swell under high temperature conditions.

(7) Free-burning brick machine avoids aggregate impure

As sandstone of concrete or cement mortar aggregate, if there is dust, clay or other organic impurities, it will affect the bond strength between cement and sand and stone, thus reducing the compressive strength.
Therefore, if the impurity content exceeds the standard rules, it is necessary to clean it before use.
